Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

European Union: 3–5 business days
United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
United States: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping thresholds may apply — check the checkout for current promotions.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Latvia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your parcel's journey directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
